Add-ons are extras you can add to your order. Outside the United States they are never selected by default. In the United States they are preselected next to the Add to cart button, clearly priced, and you can switch them off on the product page or remove them from your cart at any time before checkout. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Shipping Protection
Covers loss, theft and damage of your package in transit. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we send a free replacement or refund your order, with no waiting period and no photos needed. Email support@mergenora.com with your order number within 90 days of the shipping date. It does not cover orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
+30 Days Extended Warranty
Extends defect coverage from our standard 30 days to 60 days from delivery. If your item stops working because of a manufacturing defect during this period, we send a free replacement or refund the item price, at our option. Normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered. To make a claim, email support@mergenora.com with your order number.
Mystery Gift
A surprise gift packed with your order. The item is chosen by us and cannot be selected or exchanged. The gift may ship separately from your main item.
Refunds of add-ons
An add-on can be refunded together with your order under our Return & Refund Policy, as long as no claim has been made under it.
