Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days to the United States and 10-20 business days to other destinations after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays and peak seasons such as the holidays.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders as part of our current promotion. We may change or end this offer at any time, and orders placed while the offer is active keep free shipping.

Duties and taxes

All import duties and taxes are included in your order. There are no extra customs or delivery fees to pay when your package arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment, please contact us before paying.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping date, contact us at support@mergenora.com and we will investigate and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
